With the season wrapped up after 30 matchdays, Liga F 25/26 leaves a scoring chart with one name at the very top: Claudia Pina. The FC Barcelona winger struck 21 goals, the highest tally in the competition, in 27 matches — an average of 0.78 per game — and took the Golden Boot comfortably.
Behind her comes another Barcelona player, Ewa Pajor, with 16 goals in just 23 matches (0.70 per game), and the podium is completed by Caroline Weir, the Real Madrid midfielder, with 14. The best goals-per-game ratio in the upper table, mind you, belongs to Edna Imade (Real Sociedad): 11 goals in only 12 appearances, almost one a game.

What the numbers say
The most telling figure isn’t a player’s but a team’s: six of the top ten scorers wear Barcelona blue and garnet. Barça finished the league as champions with 130 goals for and just 9 against across 30 matchdays (29 wins, one draw, one defeat), a +121 goal difference that explains why their problem this season wasn’t scoring, but finding anyone to keep pace.
It is worth keeping perspective, though. Overwhelming as they look, neither the Golden Boot nor Barça’s tally are record figures. Pina’s 21 goals are a fine mark, but well short of the competition’s recent ceiling: Alba Redondo’s 28 in 2022-23, ahead of Racheal Kundanji’s 25 or Asisat Oshoala’s 21. And Barça’s 130 goals sit below the club’s own benchmark from earlier in the decade, when they topped 150 in seasons such as 2020-21 and 2021-22. Total dominance, yes; historic numbers, not this time.
There is also a national reading. In an otherwise very international top ten — Poland’s Pajor, Scotland’s Weir, Nigeria’s Edna Imade, Chile’s Keefe — the one who takes the scoring crown is a Spanish, home-grown player: Claudia Pina, at 24, making the case that Liga F’s sharpest finisher can come from within.
There are curiosities in the chart, too. Natalia Ramos of Costa Adeje Tenerife appears in the top ten with 10 goals despite being a defender and having played all 30 matches. Or Chile’s Sonya Keefe, who drags Granada into the scoring conversation with 11.
At the other end of the table, relegation went to Levante UD — a mere 9 points all season — and Alhama CF ElPozo, in a campaign where the gap between top and bottom was, once again, vast.
