The 2026/27 Liga F season begins with eight matches spread across Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August.
The opening weekend starts simultaneously at Riazor and Zubieta, where Deportivo Abanca host Sevilla and Real Sociedad face Logroño United. It concludes on Sunday at 21:00 CEST with the Madrid derby between Real Madrid and Atlético.
DAZN will show the entire matchday in Spain. Four fixtures will also be available without a DAZN subscription through Teledeporte, RTVE Play, TV3, Esport3 or the 3Cat platform.

RTVE Play will carry all four. Teledeporte will broadcast Deportivo–Sevilla and Barcelona–Tenerife on television.
The 3Cat platform will show Eibar–Espanyol, Athletic–Badalona and Barcelona–Tenerife. The match at Lezama will also be televised on Esport3, while TV3 will carry the game at the Johan Cruyff.
The champions, the promoted clubs and the first derby
Barcelona begin their title defence against Costa Adeje Tenerife, who finished fourth last season. It will be the most widely available match of the opening weekend, with five different broadcast options in Spain.
The two promoted sides meet immediately at Mendizorroza, where Deportivo Alavés host Valencia. At least one of them will therefore begin life back in the top division by collecting points.
The matchday ends at the Alfredo Di Stéfano with the season’s first Madrid derby. Real Madrid–Atlético was moved from Saturday to Sunday and will kick off at 21:00 CEST, exclusively on DAZN in Spain.
