Levante will begin life outside Liga F with a trip to Elche in the first round of the Copa de la Reina.
Wednesday’s draw also paired Alhama, the other club relegated from the top flight, with Alba Femenino. Both will compete in Primera Federación this season, with the Murcia side awarded home advantage after their ball was drawn first.
Villarreal will travel to Balears, Real Unión de Tenerife will visit Argual and Osasuna will face Racing Santander away from home. They are the other three ties between Primera and Segunda Federación clubs. The lower-tier team will play at home, as established by the competition regulations.
Sportextremadura–Cacereño will be the other all-Primera Federación tie. The remaining ten matches will feature clubs from Segunda Federación.
Two repeat ties
The draw has brought back two meetings from last season.
AEM and Europa met in the second round in 2025. The match was level at 1-1 after 90 minutes before the Barcelona side scored twice in extra time to win 1-3 away.
Real Oviedo and Sporting Gijón will also meet again. They played in Gijón last year, when a goal from Eva Díez sent Oviedo through. This time, the tie will be played in Oviedo.
The round also includes the Aragon derby between Huesca and Zaragoza, the Canary Islands meeting between Guiniguada Apolinario and Femarguín and two all-Madrid ties.

The one-off ties will be played on 8, 9 and 10 September. Exact kick-off times and venues will be announced later.
One-off semi-finals and no extra time
The 2026/27 edition changes the format of the latter stages. All six rounds and the final will be decided in one-off matches, including semi-finals that were still played over two legs last season.
If a match is level after 90 minutes, it will go directly to a penalty shoot-out without extra time.
The 16 winners will play again on 30 September. The third round, when eight Liga F clubs enter the competition, will take place on 4 November. The remaining eight top-flight teams will join in the last 16 on 19 and 20 December.
The quarter-finals are scheduled for 17 February, the semi-finals for 17 March and the final for 15 May.
