Dépor – Sevilla

Sevilla's last visit to Riazor ended 4-0, and they won both meetings last season by an aggregate of seven goals to one. Dépor arrive rebuilt: Alberto Rodríguez in charge, 13 departures and a pre-season of 14 goals scored and three conceded.

Real Sociedad – Logroño

Real Sociedad head into the opener after losing to Chelsea and seeing Arturo Ruiz leave the club. Logroño are unbeaten in pre-season and made life difficult for the Basque side twice last term.

Eibar – Espanyol

Espanyol won both meetings last season. Eibar begin their campaign at Ipurua after strengthening every area of the squad.

Madrid CFF – Granada

Granada arrive after finishing sixth and winning the Copa de Andalucía. Madrid CFF begin the campaign with a heavily overhauled squad.

Athletic – Badalona

Víctor Martín takes charge of Athletic for the first time against a Badalona side that finished eight points behind the Basque club last season and have strengthened their attack.

Alavés – Valencia

Alavés secured automatic promotion, while Valencia returned through the play-offs. The sides met twice last season and Valencia failed to win either match.

Barcelona – Tenerife

Barcelona begin their title defence against Costa Adeje Tenerife, fourth last season. The champions collected 87 points and arrive after a summer of major departures; the islanders are unbeaten in pre-season.

Real Madrid – Atlético

Second and fifth from last season's Liga F meet at the Alfredo Di Stéfano, 21 points apart. Real Madrid arrive from a 2-0 win at Ajax and Atlético have just signed Jenni Hermoso.
