The first Madrid derby of the Liga F season will arrive before August is over.
Real Madrid will host Atlético de Madrid on Saturday 29 August at 19:00 as part of an opening round split across two days.
The kick-off time, however, is not yet definitive.
Liga F has listed the derby as one of two matches subject to possible changes because of UEFA competition commitments. The other is Real Sociedad v Logroño United, currently scheduled for Saturday at 12:00.
The season will begin at that time, with Deportivo Abanca v Sevilla and Real Sociedad v Logroño United kicking off simultaneously.
Saturday will continue with Eibar v Espanyol at 17:00, the Madrid derby at 19:00 and Madrid CFF v Granada at 21:00.
Three matches will be played on Sunday.
Athletic Club will host Badalona Women at 12:00 before the two promoted teams meet at Mendizorroza. Deportivo Alavés v Valencia is scheduled for 17:00.
The defending champions will play the final fixture of the opening weekend. Barcelona will host Costa Adeje Tenerife, who finished fourth last season, on Sunday 30 August at 19:00.
